Two teenage boys have been arrested on suspicion of firearms offences in Chelmsford after a cyclist reported two people with a gun.Officers conducted an area search and arrested two teenage boys on suspicion of possession of a firearm, aged 13 and 15 from Chelmsford and recovered two imitation firearms.The incident occured in Springfield Park Road, at around 8.20pm last night, Wednesday, September 23.The boys remain in police custody this morning.
